The shipping period refers to the time of processing the order during our normal work hours. We don't process or ship items over the weekend. It does not include transportation time to your address, which is out of our control.

"When do I get my tracking info?" Your tracking number will be sent after the package ships. So it will come about three full working days after you send your payment. (Don't count the weekends or holidays.)

"Why is shipping so expensive?" eBay calculates shipping costs to your location according to the weight and box measurements we entered.  

"Do you have [name of part]? I don't see it on your eBay store." Sorry, eBay forbids us from using Messages to make transactions about items outside of the eBay store.
